Return and Exchange Policy

Silver Dynasty is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return and exchange the order.

What is the 15-Day Replacement/ Exchange Guarantee?

Each and every product sold at Silver Dynasty is covered under our 15-Day Replacement/ Exchange Guarantee. Within 15 days of the delivery date, Returns and Exchanges are acceptable in case the product delivered is damaged during transit or the product is not as described on the website or the size/ fit of the product is not proper. In such case we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed. 

Note: We do NOT accept Returns and/or Exchange on the customized products unless the customized product is damaged during transit or is not as described in the order.


In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at services@silverdynasty.store, within 15 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money. 

What happens if I have received a damaged/defective product, or the size of the product is not proper?

If you have received any product which is damaged/ defective, we will refund the money or exchange the product if the complaint has been raised by the buyer within 15 days from the date of delivery.

 

When can I not return or replace the order/product under the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee?

 

  • Any jewellery that is worn or used and not received by the seller within 15 days of delivery date
  • Any jewellery that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Any jewellery that has been washed
  • Any jewellery not in its original condition
  • Any jewellery that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any jewellery without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number. The jewellery must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: All products sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable UNLESS in the event of a manufacturing defect. Any jewellery received after 15 days of delivery date will only be eligible for an exchange and not RETURN.

 

How do I cancel an order on SilverDynasty.store? 

Cancellation before product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order before your jewellery has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped out of our warehouse, return shipment charges shall be borne by the buyer
  • If your jewellery has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact our Customer Service and inform about the same.
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective or of incorrect size. See 15-Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.

How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to Silver Dynasty?

In order to initiate a return, please email us at services@silverdynasty.store. Our customer service representative will help you with the process.

  • Please include the original contents, certificates and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
  • Please send the return shipment back at the address below.

SHIPPING/RETURN SHIPPING

The Buyer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning the product.  Shipment costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping should be borne by the buyer if the buyer changes his mind  after the product has been shipped out of our workshop. In case of normal return or if the product is delivered Damaged in transit or not as described then the seller will bear return shipping charges

We recommend buyer to select the ring size accurately as the ring will be made as per the size selected by you, once you get the ring/s and it does not fit you, then in that case returns and exchanges are available but the return shipping charges should be borne by the buyer.
